Als antike Kuckucksuhr wurde sie im sogenannten Bahnhäusle Design angefertigt. Dieses stammt aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhundert und wurde erstmals von dem Architekten Friedrich Eisenlohr während eines Wettbewerbes entworfen. Der Name rührt daher, da Eisenlohr ein Bahnwärterhäuschen mit einem Ziffernblatt versehen hatte und mit diesem Design den Wettstreit gewann. Diese historische Kuckucksuhr ist selbstverständlich mit dem Echtheitszertifikat des Verbandes der Schwarzwalduhr ausgezeichnet und trägt ein hölzernes Ziffernblatt mit römischen Zahlen. Rechts und links wird die antike Kuckucksuhr von zwei Säulen eingerahmt. Auf der Uhr befindet sich ein kleiner Turm mit einer dunkelbraunen Spitze. Beide Zapfen und das Pendel wurden aus hochwertigem Metall gefertigt. Die historische Kuckucksuhr besitzt ein mechanische Uhrwerk , das alle acht Tage neu aufgezogen werden muss.
