Der antike Bücherschrank, Gründerzeit um 1880, ist aus Nussbaum teils furniert auf Eiche gefertigt.
Der Schrank ist mit vier großen Glastüren versehen und komplett zerlegbar.
Die zwei Türen in der Mitte stehen leicht vor und werden von Kapitelle und kannelierte Pilaster mit Rosetten flankiert.
Das unteren Viertel der Türen sind mit profilierten Rechteckfüllungen sowie einer großen Rosette versehen.
Die Türen sind mit Stangenschlösser und Messingbeschläge ausgestattet.
Im Inneren befinden sich sechzehn Einlegeböden, die individuell versetzbar sind.
Der Schrank steht vorne auf gedrückte Kugelfüße.
Der profilierte Giebel, die Diamantierungen, Kapitelle und kannelierte Pilaster mit Rosetten tragen sehr zum optischen Wert bei.
